What is the capacity of the event center?
Our space comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests with tables and chairs. Up to 50 with only chairs. Up to 75 standing.
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 months in advance to secure your desired date, especially during peak seasons.
What types of events can be hosted here?
We welcome a wide range of events, including weddings, receptions, baby and bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, anniversary celebrations, holiday parties, tea parties, business meetings & more.
What’s included in the rental fee?
Rental typically includes access to the venue for a set number of hours, tables and chairs, and on-site parking.Additional add-ons may be available.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own vendors, including caterers and DJs. All vendors must provide proof of insurance and follow our venue guidelines.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer on-site parking for guests. Also, Jackson Hewitt (across the street) has given permission to park on weekends.
Do you allow smoking and/or alcohol on the premises?
Alcohol is not permitted at events. No smoking is permitted inside building. Violation of smoking policy will result in a $1000 violation fee.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations are non-refundable. However, depending on availability, we do offer a one-time courtesy reschedule to a new date and time for your event. Any additional reschedule requests will incur a fee. For full details, please read our terms & conditions page and/or contact us directly.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible payment options. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due seven days before your scheduled event.
Is there a contract required to book the venue?
Yes, we do require a signed contract to secure your event date. The contract outlines important details such as rental terms, policies, and payment deadlines to ensure clarity and peace of mind for both parties. We’re happy to walk you through it and answer any questions you may have before signing.
